How to make green tea and fruit smoothie
Simple low-fat yogurt: half a cup
Green tea leaves: two to three teaspoons
Fresh sour lemon juice: half a cup
Frozen fruit of any kind you like: half a cup
First you have to brew green tea leaves. Add one cup of water to each teaspoon. Be careful not to boil water to 100 degrees. A temperature of 80 degrees Celsius is sufficient
Put the leaves in a metal tea strainer and place it on a wide cup or small bowl. So that the leaves are in hot water.
Pour boiling water over the leaves and wait for three minutes for the leaves to open.
Be careful not to overdo it, as it will make the tea bitter. For a better taste, you can also add a small amount of cardamom to it.
After these steps, pour the tea in the form of ice and put it in the freezer. Then pour the frozen green tea with the rest of the ingredients in the blender and stir until a homogeneous liquid is formed.
If you want the smoothie to taste sweeter, add a teaspoon of honey.
Serve the green tea and fruit smoothie in tall glass jars with a few fresh mint leaves. Miad green tea is excellent for this smoothie.
